The song posted by the OP is definitely total crap, but somewhat funny as well. Especially the lyrics... They are extremely intelligent and nearly philosophical in their splendor.

However, there's similar (or even worse) crap in Western music as well. Listen to the following piece of "music", which was even in the charts, if I remember correctly:

I hated this when I first heard it. It's such a bizarre mix of nonsense, which is pretty typical of Will.i.am

After a while, certain of it's 'charms' wore me down, and I kinda like it

I've always had a bit of a soft spot for Britney, though, so...
