If your concerned that you may have got unknowingly drugged by someone or something i would talk to a doctor.
If you did take something then just ride it out. Get a bag of snacks and play some video games or watch a movie.

Well, you didnt say why you cant make any music. If noise is the issue...
I would go old school and break out some paper and a pen. Write lyrics and draw.
