Earasers. Anyone have experience with them?

Kiss concert next Tuesday, 400,000 watt sound system. Ouch.
The Earasers have a supposedly flat frequency response knocking about 20dB off the volume.
Do they work?
They're $60 a pair here so I'd rather not buy them if they're no good.
Much appreciated.

I'm tired of being insane. I'm going outsane for some fresh air.

I don`t want to sound funny, but:
Since years I found that soft Kleenex or toiletpaper (oh el-bo have mercy;-D) is the best and cheapest earprotection for concerts there is.
You can make it the size you want, it muffles the scratching highs and you avoid that you hear your own voice with this Under-the-Water effect when you speak.
I never was a Kissfan but this new Paul Stanley biography is outstanding.
