Better than DrumMic'a ? :o

SM Drums Kontakt doesn't have a groove section, that many sound shaping fx and needs the full Kontakt. Soundwise, yes I think it sounds better ( huge claim, i know ).
With four to six round robins and upto 32 velocity layers :)

mentioned http://www.prokits.co.uk in a (far) earlier post in this thread. Its still a source of cheap little Kontakt gems (and other stuff) but its now http://www.sampleism.com

I'm biased of course, but I think *my* Kontakt kits are especially gemmacious :-)

You could take a look at our stuff :D NanoMods start at £2.50 but are really powerful award-winning little synths; there's a page of hot deals at http://www.rhythmicrobot.com/hot-deals plus we have freeware too!

Cheap?!! I noticed the mention of our libraries earlier in this thread. I'm certainly grateful for the mention, but I prefer to think of them as, "affordable, high-quality, to-the-point-of-being-a-no-brainer that gets the job done quickly and sounds great," libraries! Please check out our demos if you are in need of guitar, guitar strumming or percussion, or even Solid State Symphony, which is something completely different.
Thanks!

Solid State Symphony is kind of genius!
Whoever wants music instead of noise, joy instead of pleasure, soul instead of gold, creative work instead of business, passion instead of foolery, finds no home in this trivial world of ours.

Pink Noise Studios, IMHO, are excellent - http://www.kontaktbanks.com/.

Plus, I don't know if Synth Magic has been mentioned yet (http://www.synthmagic.co.uk/) - absolutely top notch stuff, and Steve Porter is a pleasure to deal with.

I just want to say:

The Lyrical Distortion stuff doesn't sound that good. I bought a few of their libraries and hate sound of the basses, in particular. They scripted them really well and the features are great for such a cheap library....but yeah....what they have in features they lack in sound.

I bought a bunch of stuff from Soundiron - they have some really cheap nice libraries like their microchoir.

Simple Sam Samples' products have been on sale for a while, the amazing Solo Violin only 14,95$. http://simplesamsamples.com/signor-paga ... iolin.html
They also have a free section, but it's empty and they haven't released new instruments since 2014 I think. Does aynone know what's going on at Simple Sam Samples? They don't have a dedicated forum on KVR.

I prefer the word "excellent value" not cheap.

My personal favorites for libraries the under $100 each category (in alphabetical order) are:

AudioThing
Hideaway Studio
Hollow Sun
Rhythmic Robot
Synth Magic
Tronsonic
Zapzorn

I learned about Sampletekk just recently and am planning to buy a couple of their libraries.

I have the "Elements" library from Zapzorn which I like very much. Has anyone tried his "Solstice" series? They sound nice in the soundcloud demos - basically pads and atmospheres. He just put out a second Solstice instrument.
