New soundfont editor Polyphone

Haven't tried it yet, looks like it's a new kid on the block:

I tried it..its the best soundfonteditor I've seen so far on linux.
When importing .wav-files it even imports the loopdata (which waveeditors like wavosaurus/wavelab can export).

I downloaded it now. I didn't know there were a Windows version of it too. Wish I had tried it before when I was editing Evanessence soudnfont, which has been finally published today, thankfully.

I am going to give it a try anyways. Thanks for sharing!!

Cool! I didn't know there was a Windows version either! This will work nicely for creating instruments to use with my Bismark BS-16i soundfont player on my iPad! Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

Very nice. Will have to play with it over the weekend.

Shame that they haven't put out an OSX version, since it's already on Linux.
I will say that it runs just fine tho on Windows7 under Parallels on OSX.

Downloaded and installed! Haven't tried it yet but it seems to be a good sf2 editor for Windows.

Gave it a try. Windows 7, 64 bit. First time it looked OK and I was able to begin an Edit. Changed the output to an ASIO driver and got this. Re-installed but still no joy .... (from Windows crash report)

Did you contact the developer? What happened in the end? Does this program work well with the default Windows drivers only?

It seems to be a great software, tough I had some playback issues too... Now it is in 1.5 version.
