Just do it yourself, chiptune sound design is as simple as it gets man. No chiptune artist worth a crap is using sample packs...they are all about keeping it "pure" as possible. If you want to be taken seriously in that genre I'd suggest learning to use Famitracker or LSDJ.

I just wanted some samples to put in my Octatrack, Not join some Genre elite or become some purist chiptune artist. I find the raw and sharp tones work very well for the projects I'm doing.
