I'm wanting to get a sample pack or a library of 8bit chiptunes samples. Which ones do people like the most?

Great work! I think I might have to start keeping my eye out for old Gameboys .

Just do it yourself, chiptune sound design is as simple as it gets man. No chiptune artist worth a crap is using sample packs...they are all about keeping it "pure" as possible. If you want to be taken seriously in that genre I'd suggest learning to use Famitracker or LSDJ.

I just wanted some samples to put in my Octatrack, Not join some Genre elite or become some purist chiptune artist. I find the raw and sharp tones work very well for the projects I'm doing. I do understand what you're saying though and I'm interested in delving deeper in the future but for now the samples are sufficient.
