No sound from Kontakt5 except certain keys at certain velocities

I bought the Anvils & Churchbells from Sampletekk in the PMI end of line sale, but I'm having some trouble with it.

When I load up the instrument, all samples load fine and are correctly displayed in the Mapping Editor. However, when I play the keyboard, most keys don't produce a sound. Only a few keys produce a sound, but only at some velocity levels.
When I click on the samples in the Kontakt interface, the sounds play fine.

Anyone ever seen this behavior from this or another library and found a fix?

I'm using the latest version of Kontakt 5. It's not my MIDI or routing settings as the exact same setup works for all my other Kontakt libraries.

I would guess that some samples are missing. Have you tried rescanning for the samples?

That doesn't seem to be the case, robojam. But I'll check again and make sure.

I get no errors when loading the nki and I can click on individual samples in the Kontakt interface and play them back. Just playign them from a keyboard controller doesn't work...

So that narrows it down to keyboard mapping really I guess.

Is this one of those instruments that uses the Mod Wheel for volume?

Try that on the Kontakt interface and also on your keyboard.
