Not sure if anyone has it, but I'm thinking of getting Keyscape and would like to use it live, however my laptop is getting on a bit and can only handle 8GB RAM max. The site specs say 8GB in the minimum spec, just wondering would this be sufficient to perform without dropouts if I set the max simultaneous voices to 32 or even 16? The hard drive is SSD.

Voice count doesn't have a lot to do with RAM, it's the number of samples loaded. Since you have an SSD, you can probably reduce the preload size in global options, which will make it load less into RAM and stream more from the hard drive.

Just as important as RAM is the speed of your CPU and hard drive speed. If your CPU is within spec and you are using an SSD, you should experience good performance. Also, it depends on the patch/soundsource. The latest update to Keyscape added some tweaks that you can make to the Piano to get the best performance for a live scenario.

the new update made ram improvements especially the C7
