If you're going to do it that way, it may take some luck to get someone to bite at $199 for Producer but I see it can be done. However, why not sell it for $199 if you can get it, then buy Pro used for even cheaper!

More realistically to sell S1 V2 Producer I will get $150 less shipping and commission = $130donato wrote:If you're going to do it that way, it may take some luck to get someone to bite at $199 for Producer but I see it can be done. http://www.ebay.com/sch/Musical-Instrum ... ld=1&rt=nc
so here are the revised calculations
On eBay JRR is selling S1 v2 professional for $224
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=%2 ... _sacat=619
S1 v2 Producer sells for $150 – ship and commission = $130
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=%2 ... _sacat=619
So the upgrade would cost me $94 total.
$224 for the S1 v2 Professional is about the lowest price I see on ebay.

Don't buy on ebay. Buy here. The average selling price of Professional is around $150 here. Also, there's no need for the physical box (nobody really wants that anyway). It's a quick download from the Presonus website.

$10 off a $369 product. What a joke.sfxmachine wrote:For April 1st only, we're offering a discount off our usual (already discounted) price for Zynaptiq's UNVEIL (reverb removal software), using coupon code UNVEIL41. More info at http://www.audioeffects.com/dereverberationizer.html.

Is there a difference between Special Edition and normal edition of Geist from the sale at musiciansfriend ?

The special edition includes the BFD Remixed Geist Expander as well.
I ordered Geist from Musicians Friend over a year ago and that was included in the special boxed edition.
