Hi
Normaly I mount the receptor HD via muse remote control.
But my receptor would not boot up.
I got this reply from Nick ( from Muse):
Hi Jesper,
Ensure that the cables are correctly in place and sturdy. Remove all external devices, keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc. and try to boot. If the issue continues, if possible mount the Receptors HD and retrieve the System Log from the Reports folder.

I did the first thing, no luck.
But How do I mount the HD ??
I have both PC and Mac
Best regards
Jesper

Hi Jesper,
Depending on how far your Receptor gets into it's boot, it may have networking available. If this is the case, there is a good chance you can get to the HD from your PC or Mac.
