Dear all:
my new musebox has error 4001 and error 30 that I updated the software via internet. I do not how to solve the error 4001 fault. According to error 4001 that it is System software cannot open the audio device although it is detected. I am from peavey china. It is my first time to use it. Kindly advise me how to solve it(I have not connected any instruments).

You should contact Peavey in Meridian for assistance. Its probably a missing audio cable or disconnected USB cable inside the unit.
