install folder stuck with files.

I by accident installed two Dll filesat once whilst installing unsupported plugins ( which was workin fine up to this point) ,I clicked "Install" and the screen went to the picture of the Receptor and the "Milti light" went to "Setup" and then clicked back to "Multi". I then went into the "VST-"Unsupprted plugins" folder and then moved the Dll failed files to MY computers re-cycle bin, but the files then transferred over to the "Install" folder in the Receptor setup screen, so now I have more files stuck in the "Install" window and I can't remove them, I've turned the unit off but they're just stuck there, can anybody please help.
