are they only available for filters in the global instrument effect?
can i make envelopes for the DynFilter in the effects section?

the way I see it, the 'envelope' is replaced by an 'lfo' making the filter dynamic, so for the DynFilter you don't have an associated envelope.
However, you also have filters with envelopes per voice (so not per global instrument).
