I purchased thru the Cakewalk store. Got an email saying to use the key below, however there was no key. Found a serial number in the cakewalk store, found a key in another email. While installing I am prompted for a "user" and "key". What is the "user" and what is the "key" I just bought this and I cannot use it. Please help!

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. The serial number that you received on the cakewalk store has to be registered om our website. Once regostered, you will receive an email from us with a download link as well as a user/key pair for each plug-in in the pack. These are the user/key that you should use for each plug-in at install time.
If you are still having issues with your install, please contact us on our support email (support [at] bluecataudio.com) so that we can share more personal information.
