Getting Many Bass to respond to a MIDI CC

Does anyone know how I can get ManyBass to respond to an external controller transmitting a MIDI cc #7 (volume)?

I have MB loaded in Cantabile, and controlling it from a midi controller keyboard. I have several other VSTi's loaded as well in the same session and all of these do respond so I know it is not Cantabile or the controller.
