Julie's Vocal Samples Collections

The collections released so far are Julie's Vocal FX vol. 1 collection (now $7.50 US), Julie's Vocal FX vol. 2 (now $19.99) and Julie's Scats collection (now $14.99). All contain one shot vocal samples of the beautiful and expressive voice of Montreal Jazz singer Julie Hamelin. They range from scats to percussive noises to special vocal FX.

Add a jazzy flavor to your compositions with her voice, also suitable for other styles of music. We have many numerous MP3 examples on our MP3 page:

Someone asked me if there's was an overlap between Julie's Scats Collection and Julie's Vocal FX collection. The answer is no, they both use different samples but they do complement well each other.

No they are not yet. I have begun to work on them but the project have been delayed by my other projects, like the Julie M42 soundfont that was released today. And we may also need to do another recording session to have enough material.

Note that even though it's not part of the Julie Collections per se, the Julie M42 soundfont is a great set and can be played chromatically across the keyboard.

It was designed specifically for AlgoMusic M42 and some samples are processed lightly and the loops are on the creative side. But still it gives interesting results in other soundfont players too. Details: http://www.lesproductionszvon.com/Zvon_ ... Nebula.htm

Nice song... there seems to be a bit of Stormdrum in there as well
