Wow, I'm even more impressed with what RC-tube did to that piece. Love it.

It's great that you guys are picking up on it. It's almost comical when I go back to the original, unprocessed mix! You can hear that digital, mid-rangey "fuzz", almost like a bad impulse response being laid over it. The subsequent processing seems to render it more pleasant to the ear, smoother.

Again, might take some time to get a good balance between sweetening and smearing, but it's very encouraging what these next-generation plug-ins like UBK-1 and RC-Tube do for our all-in-the-box mixes.

The UBK-1 is now available in AU & VST (Mac) and RTAS (Mac & Win) formats.
AAX coming soon.
They dropped the vst quote on their webpage so I am confused, or was it never really there. Sure it was :(

You must be one of the Alpha testers then. I was informed the beta hasn't been released yet.

no vst, no x64, no

I was even thinking about dusting off the dongle for a whack.......nope. Too bad, look interesting.

These guys seem to be pretty on the ball, so I imagine those things will come. Agreed, though, its' frustrating to wait.

Sometimes us PC people have to wait, though, for the Mac crowd to be serviced first... :hihi:
