Just tried it really, really quickly. I'm really impressed so far! I love the saturation in HF mode on the master! The range knob is really useful there too! I haven't tried it as channel comp yet
I'll now read the manual (VOS manuals are usually really well written!).
Cheers

Not sure what to think of this one - it seems to have little to no effect on my sound. Can't wait to see what future incarnations of stateful saturation will bring about though!

Why not install Windows 7 in addition to OSX? Then you could have best of both worlds.bduffy wrote:Cool, thanks bro. Another thing to make me wish I could mix on a PC sometimes...K-Slash wrote:Stateful saturation my friend !bduffy wrote:What is a "Stateful" compressor? "Solid state"?

Well I'm going to get flamed to a cinder for this but........I'm not impressed at all with this plugin. I'll give it third test tonight but it appears to be destined for deletion. At any rate thanks to Bootsy for his generosity.......

Ah yeah! The Thrillseeker is released!! Awesome!
This one is indeed extremely impressive! I've been using it on all kinds of things. It's especially good on acoustic guitar and single drum hits in my opinion. I'm also having a blast overdriving it quite a bit on bass and various synth sounds.
It's got quite a character for sure! Love it!
Cheers!
