I really like to combine UberMod and VRoom in series/parallel sends. Huge, evolving, evocative sounds. Hit record, play a couple notes and take the rest of the day off.

What is 426 mode?

LV-426 mode, to be precise. In keeping with the Nostromo, Narcissus, & Sulaco modes.

I rarely use heavy reverb on my leads, just something short and mixed low to help support the sound a little bit. In that case, I personally use the VSS3 but honestly just about anything will work.

gotta say that I've gotten away from 3rd party 'verbs & now exclusively use my native verb permutations within LIVE

bingo : simply great sounds & almost zero CPU hit

For the huge epic leads, i'd reach for Aether.

But for faster more plucky trance leads I tend to grab Breverb.

Quick mention for Toraverb here too, not really spent a lot of time with it until recently, it can sound pretty damn impressive, i've definately overlooked it for too long.

I have Valhalla Room and Breeze. I prefer Breeze for lead type sounds and VRoom for drums and busses.
