ValhallaÜberMod. The SuperSix mode is based on the SuperSaw detuning in the JP8000. Up to 32 voices of detuned voices, with the ability to spread the voices out in the stereo field and in time. All sorts of ensemble, chorus and unison sounds in there.
It is worth noting that ÜberMod presumes that you have a "well calibrated" poly analog that you are emulating. My old Prophet 5 sounded similar to the unison modes in ÜberMod, but there was some grit from overdriving the summing op amp.
Some of the older discrete analog synths would have had more per voice variance when in unison mode, which would show up not just as pitch variance, but as different envelope times. The sound at the beginning of "Tom Sawyer" is an Oberheim OB-X, set to unison mode. Each voice has a somewhat different envelope sweep, which results in a more complex filter sound. You could simulate this in ÜberMod by having a larger TAPS Spread value, and setting the DELAY to a longer value, but this wouldn't exactly simulate all voices attacking at the same time.
