Downloaded the Jeroen Breebart Bundle. Man, there sure is some awesome stuff in there. Barricade Pro, WOW. Smash Pro, killer. In fact from what i could see there doesnt seem to be a single dud in the pack.
Anyhow, i noticed that the pack contains 2 different versions of Red Phat Pro. (One has 'alt' in the filename, which i assume is for 'alternative'.) So far i couldnt make out any differences though, (UI seems identical too), so does anyone know what exactly the differences are? Are there really any at all?

From the manual
The plugin comes in two flavors:
• jb_redphatt_pro.dll: this plugin has 4 input channels and supports mono and
stereo side chaining;
• jb_redphatt_pro_alt.dll: this plugin has 2 input channels and does not support
stereo side chaining but does support mono side chaining. This alternative version
of the plugin can be used in the following 2 cases:
o Hosts that do not support 4-channel input formats (such as some versions
of Steinberg Wavelab);
o If no side-chaining is required.

Thanks for posting this. I wasn't aware the old JB plugins were still available.tico-tico wrote:http://www.jeroenbreebaart.com/audio_vst_jb.htmkhanyz wrote:Where did you download them from?

Neither was i. On the contrary, word was always that one CAN NOT get them anymore, so i always assumed that that is correct.Mudcat007 wrote:I wasn't aware the old JB plugins were still available.
Finding out that it actually isnt was just dumb luck. Perused the Most Populars at GERSIC, saw Barricade, clicked on the image and bam i found myself on JBs website. And there it was, a whole bundle of extremely nice looking free plugins, including some Pro versions...

Thank you very much, I think they've been made available only recently, because I'm sure I explored the JB website to find them. Now even the commercial products, albeit maybe a bit vintage, are available for free!
