Hello,
is there a VST plugin out there that bundles all vinyl equalization curves (normal and reverse) that were in use in one handy plugin (RIAA, Teldec/DIN, NAB, EMI, ...)?
If not, it should be developed.

Hi,
not really an equalizer, but there is iZotope Vinyl:

Otherwise, if you're on Cubase, try Steinberg's Grungelizer for old-record-fx sounds.

The curves are usually specified in µs values.UltraJv wrote:You could do this yourself with any decent EQ.

- How to translate these values into actual EQ settings?
- How to get the reverse curve? Just by turning all boost into cuts and vice versa?

Here's a μs hz conversion web tool.

Pretty sure the recording pre-emphasis and playback de-emphasis are equal but opposite.

Probably not what your looking for but it seems to emulate aspects of vinyl frequency particulars

The OP is not looking for a plug to emulate vinyl sound.
RIAA eq is used in turntable preamps. Theo OP is likely trying to record vinyl directly into the daw without buying a preamp.
