Computer Music used to do Sanford Phaser CM, not sure where you'd find it now. Maybe in their archive...?

Otherwise the Melda one is good but like all Melda stuff its deep and not to everyone's tastes.

SmartElectronix SupaPhaser is still good too.

You can get the awesome Fazortan and Syntorus together for $29.99 from Musicians Friend. I got that deal a while back and that was the best money I've spent on modulation effects.
