well Cubase 8 has it's own issues anyway although I'm on 8.05.
I'll have play around again. Maybe using things like render in place could be used as a work around if the problem persists.

Finally had a chance to give this a go. VERY cool reverb. On first go, I like this a lot better than my other spring offerings. Will be buying a license soon!

Hi again, just mentioning a small update for Spirit Reverb. It fixes the problem entering registration in Logic Pro 10.1 and the menu checkmarks. There is no need to update if you are running it without problems.
I just want to say I know there are some users whose problems I haven't fixed. Specifically, I think 3 users had slightly different problems with Cubase 8. No bugs have been identified with Cubase and it runs well for most systems, so that's why I haven't posted an update on it.
I will just paste my announcement below.
Amp Vision and Spirit Reverb have been updated, this is a small update aimed at testing some fixes (which is why they have an a in the version number).
An update for Spirit Reverb has been released that fixes a few issues.
-Menus showed check marks that were incorrect, these have been removed.
-Logic Pro 10.1 could not register the program with the text boxes, this has been fixed.
There is no need to update if everything is working normally for you.
To update, download Spirit Reverb the way you did before and replace the plugin files.
Also, Amp Vision has been updated, this is the alpha release of 1.3.
-Saving the presets list and the registration info now work without registry keys by writing files to the user's data folder. Expect to enter activation again with this version.
-Logic 10.1 had a bug where you could not enter activation. This is addressed.
-Cyrillic and other multibyte characters in preset file paths now work on Windows.
-some 1.3 changes are present, specifically, there is a new pedal. It is a tremolo effect called Tremolulu. Like other pedals in Amp Vision, it is a pro quality effect with a warm analog sound, not dull and digital. We expect another effect too in the final 1.3 release.
To get this release download Amp Vision again from your account on Aegean Music. If you need assistance getting it, or have any bugs or complaints, contact me here:

thanks. No need to uninstall?
I have the ticks issue but it's no biggy.
I've not noticed problems with high CPU usage since mentioning it before - not that I've particular checked - but no drop outs.

OK, I don't really recommend updating it in that case.ChamomileShark wrote:thanks. No need to uninstall?

Sorry, late to the party here. Is the current $40 price still an intro price, it'll go up from there at some point? Or was it lower before, and that already happened?

It has been that price since release. It will go up at some point but that's all I have to say at the moment.

I cant see how that would be a good thing under the current copy protection. I mean a person can already use the plugin as long as he wants without paying and raising the price seems like it would create even more of that..
I hope you come up with something else...for your own sake. Everyone that uses it beyond demo should pay for it. Let me rephrase - should HAVE to pay for it to continue using it.
There ya have it...

I have just tried it on Reaper / Windows XP, it sounds really good, I had a lot of fun with it !
A few remarks :
- Is it normal for the Cosmic mode to be really more CPU hungry than the other modes ? I have a not very recent computer, and the CPU load is ok for all the algorithms except this one (20+ %)
- At one moment, I don't why and how, but something was messed up I had a lot of latency between the sound input and the output with the pre-delay knob at 0. I had to stop the playing in Reaper, and load a new preset, and then everything was back to normal.

It is normal for cosmic to use more CPU. About the latency or whatever is happening, not sure, let me know ifit continues to happen and on what settings.
