HoRNet Filter Solo might got more bells and whistles than the OP prefers, but I think it delivers a great result, and is currently on sale at €8.95

Cytomic The Drop is the best one out it has filters of a few famous vintage synthesizers and it's getting a Wasp filter. I also use Soundtoys Filterfreak it's simpler and has a great sound.

I found the Audiothing plugins are the right one for me. The free ,,filter jam´´ plugin do the job . I shot a few of there plugins as well.

Fabfilter Simplon. It's a straight-to-the-point, 2-band filter with a cool GUI.
Also, getting a hardware Moog filter (moogerfooger) might be of interest. The sound and the look is unbeatable
