I'm still using my Powercore 6000, otherwise I would buy the native version.

Ok after paying it a bit more attention, I gotta admit this is one of the
best sounding reverbs available imo. Out of all my comparisons, the only one
that I found that "I" could get really close to its sound with was sparkverb.

I don't know enough about classic hardware reverbs to appreciate if its
much better than the Valhalla verbs. It is different and very excellent
sounding to my ears.

Too bad I'm too cheap to pay $200 bucks for a reverb plug-in.

The TC VSS3 has got to be what 17 years old or more.....
Too old to be modern, too young to be vintage and cool?
Sometimes old is good. Sometimes old is bad. It is hard to keep up. ;)
Anyone has a release timeline of VSS 3 - 4 - 5 - 6? Tried to find when VSS 3 was first released and on what system - no luck.

The VSS3 Algorithm came with the M3000
The M3000 appeared at the end of 1998

The algorithms VSS4, VSS 5.1 and VSS 6.1 are to find in the System 6000
According to TC site the system 6000 exists since 1999

This sounds really really good, I love it! I don't think I've heard such a natural sound in another plugin.

The Relab VSR-S24 is already a stereo (only) VSS6. Fantastic sound.

This is the most confusing reverb I've ever heard. It sounds like nothing I've heard before. It sounds so... I don't know, it's hard to describe... I'd pick "real" ! It's full, detailed, noisy (in a positive way), alive, not polished, not flat, doesn't feel like a sum of sounds. I've compared it with my B2, Aether, R2, VSR S24, ProR, Eareverb2, Reverbical (...), and I find it very hard to say if I like it more or less, it's so different !

What I will remember from the too short demo period is : realest reverb sound I've ever heard (that doesn't automatically makes it stellar sounding, that makes it real sounding). Real and beautiful aren't directly related in any way, so I can't decide if I need it or not.

What made me skip this reverb (for the moment) is that I've found it hard to program as hell !! I've tried to tweak the modulation section and obtained shit, shit, shit and then a sound that reminded me of shit, so it seems I'll need to learn how it works instead of trying what works with other reverbs.

But I'll buy it for sure.
Please don’t read the above post. It’s a stupid one. Simply pass.

Thanks ! It's probably restrictive, as the tc website do not accept this coupon here (tried with opera, firefox & explorer). Next time !

I did the same typo when I was trying out the code... it's been a long time, but I could have sworn I had an account with their store that showed my previous purchases, etc.

"expires Monday 14th at noon CET" Central Europe(an) Time, I guess?

I'm still on the fence here, especially since I already have Relab VSR S24... I'll probably give in anyway, though.
