Karrer or Weinzierl and the Schaller Roto(r)sound

Long ago I had a Schaller Roto(r)sound.
I used it mainly as a guitar effect. When placed after my Fender Blender and used at slowest speed, I got a sound that was very close to Amon Duul II's guitar sound on 'Little Tornados' on Tanz der Lemminge:

I tried various leslie emulations, but none comes even close...


Anyone an idea?

I just listened to a YouTube clip of the hardware and it honestly sounded more like a phaser to me than a Leslie. Maybe try some phaser plugins. Also, I really like the Univibe model in Amplitube, though that doesn't really sound like a phaser or a Leslie IMO, but it's in that wheelhouse of modulation effects meant to sound like a Leslie.
