This...so much this. Especially since you can stack this amp on itself really good with different cabs (what you usually do with metal guitars).Scrubbing Monkeys wrote:https://kazrogplugins.com/amember/cart/ ... ?q=serpent

For free cabs check out the http://valhallir.at/shop/valhallir-at-teaserbox/
I've got all their stuff so I can tell you that some of the IRs in the teaserbox don't do the particular cab justice but overall you'll get some useful ones.
I think redwirez still offers a free cab: http://www.redwirez.com/free1960g12m25s.jsp

Just bought it. That's actually a pretty sick tone for $5, haha.cprompt wrote:It's not free, but right now it's only $5 and it sounds awesome for metal: https://audio-assault.com/products/bulldozer

Revalver 4 allows you to pick out only the parts you want and skip the rest. i think i spent like $30 on it and have plenty of gear. you don't have to buy everything, and the default (free) gear is IMO pretty good already.
I don't know what to write here that won't be censored, as I can only speak in profanity.

For IR's, God's Cab is a good free set to start with:

Again, I will say,
LePou amps is not good cause it filtered the highs too much.
Probably fine to some people when just using Bridge pickup. But when you use Neck pickup, you should notice and feel that filtered tone.
It's a very nice looking amp plugins and just, if the dev can fix that!

This is the frequency response from LePou's Lecto on default settings with 0dB of tilt on the chart. The highs aren't filtered, and are actually louder than the lows.kinwie wrote:Again, I will say,
