Great Plug! Unfortunately iLok authorization is not working for me right now :/

This one doesn't need iLok.

I'm having issues with online activation also, awaiting Izotope support. It won't activate but says it's activated 7 times in my account!

Nice. I noticed the installer mentioned "Ozone8", so I presume this will be part of that...?

To authorize, simply load Ozone Imager in your plug-in host. You will be then be prompted to enter your serial number.

Also the help button sends you to an address with "ozone8" in it, so doesn't sound like a typo / mistake.
