Around when should we expect to hear about this year's free gift from NI? Seems like it is usually around now...

Since 2011, they offered only really good stuff... don't think it'll be worth complaining really.

I know you have been on kvr long enough to know that indeed the history has also been that people have complained about the free gifts.

Absolutely. As just happened with the Waves gift.

Which wasn't too great of course, but, still, free. No need to complain really. I didn't download it either BTW. But, that's rather for the hassle of installing that unspeakable Waves Center software, which really annoyed me the last time i had it installed.

But unless a free gift is wrecking havoc on your system I just don't' get it. IT's FREE!!! How entitled does one have to be to complain about something offered for free if you are disappointed by it.

That was (and still is) a good one for sure.
