Lakeside Audio - Isola Pro FX Demo

Isola Pro FX is a powerful audio plugin for isolating and extracting vocals or other solo instruments from any audio recordings.

Apart from most other plugins, this one works with psychoacoustic analysis and not by simply subtracting left and right channels. As you can see in this video, the plugin is able to extract vocals even from very dense mixes.

To get best results, this plugin can be controlled by a midi track containing the notes of the feature to be extracted, as used in this
video. An automatic mode is also available.

Hello, at the moment only Windows 64 bit is supported, it is a vst Plug-in. There is a manual included.

sounds rather good...how does it compare with the now quite old (and currently discontinued) isolate from prosoniq ?
(likely to be updated at middle term by Zynaptiq)

Well I think it is a similiar idea, I don't know the prosoniq tool in detail - I think the difference is that Isola Pro FX is a real time plugin that can be controlled by MIDI and also used as a nice live effect.

indeed, youre absolutely right and as far as i can judge, there is some automated task that didn't exist at these times for the work of sound extraction !

Well that's right, but the problem with the automated mode is that you cannot change the behaviour of it in detail or select other parts than vocals to be separated like instruments as it is possible with Isola Pro FX

Impressive sound, and workflow!
Would like to see it compared to Zynaptiqs Unmix Drums.
This sounds like it is preserving the target signal really really well.

What is the price, and what are the demo limitations?
