Post

I stopped using other (similar) FX packs after trying out Soundtoys.

Eventide has some good stuff in Anthology.
A well-behaved signature.

Seems like you're well set for basic modulation fx. Are you after mixing tools or weird stuff?

you cant go wrong with melda plugins
if you love complex things with easy learning curve then i think melda plugins will be right up your alley
Win 10 x64 with specs enough to run DAW without bouncing any track
KZ IEM,32-bit 384Khz dac running at 32bit 48Khz
mainly use REAPER, MTotalbundle, Unfiltered Audio TRIAD and LION, NI classic collection,......... ETC

Melda's MXXX, if you can afford it, is great. Wait for a sale.

Bought the Cableguys bundle in the recent sale and from that I think Shaperbox is pretty awesome - you have some pretty nice tools for sound mangling and it's also handy for multiband and mid-side mixing.

Seem to have bought a lot of plugins over the last few years where I tinker for a while but don't really come up with anything I actually fancy using, but find SB to be one of the first things I reach for, easy to use and a great ideas generator.

SonEQ
Great 3 band channel EQ freeware plug.

If your track still sounds bad after using these, give up.

Ohmforce - quite literaly classics
Amazon: why not use an alternative

+1 for ohmforce
Try the vengeance sound fx bundle.there a great reverb (tverb) and every plugins are easy to use (autofilter...)

Not yet mentioned great ones: Fabfilter, Goodhertz, Cytomic, D16, Valhalla. Not necessarily packs, but pack-like product families :)

Also, I'm gonna put up a vote for Blue Cat plugins. Between MB-7 Mixer, Patchwork, and Late Replies, you can create just about any sort of effect you can imagine. This sort of breaks the rule of a "pack," but they are definitely a cohesive set of plugins with an enormous amount of options.
