Not sure if this right thread :? but here it is

REW is room acoustics analysis software for measuring and analysing room and loudspeaker responses. It includes tools for generating audio test signals; measuring SPL and impedance; measuring frequency and impulse responses; generating phase, group delay and spectral decay plots, waterfalls, spectrograms and energy-time curves; generating real time analyser (RTA) plots; calculating reverberation times; calculating Thiele-Small parameters; determining the frequencies and decay times of modal resonances; displaying equaliser responses and automatically adjusting the settings of parametric equalisers to counter the effects of room modes and adjust responses to match a target curve. The audio analysis features of REW help you optimise the acoustics of your listening room, studio or home theater and find the best locations for your speakers, subwoofers and listening position.

Equalizer APO is a parametric equalizer for Windows. It is implemented
as an Audio Processing Object (APO) for the system effect infrastructure
introduced with Windows Vista.

Features:
- virtually unlimited number of filters (currently limited to 100 per channel for sanity)
- works on any number of channels
- very low latency, which makes it suited for interactive applications
- low cpu usage

Requirements:
- Windows Vista or later (currently only Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 have been tested)
- Sound card driver must support APOs (this includes most onboard sound drivers)
- The application must not bypass the system effect infrastructure
(possible by using special APIs like ASIO)

Equalizer APO is best used in conjunction with Room EQ Wizard

hello again I need a little help :help:

does anyone here can recommend me on an effect for cubase which will do one thing change the BPM of the track

what i mean:
01. I want to have a knob or fader which can control the speed of the track being played (like the PITCH fader in CDJ)

02. I need to be able to draw automations with this

03. its need to work on cubase 5

04. Freeware is better, althou its not a must

05. I know about the Tempo Track option in cubase however it causing me audio glitches when I try to draw autiomation on a complete track
(when I import it as a WAV file)

06. Its need to be as simple as possible, the best thing if it will have one fader with changing the BPM of the track

hope you can help me :help:

Thank you :clown:

just saw this one:
maybe someone can upload it?

I've been working on a dynamic EQ in ReaJS for some time now. Anybody's free to use it, only thing is it's a bit buggy. It's a little like MDynamicEQ, but admittedly slower, but it has upward compression/downward expansion, rms size, knee among other things. It also has more classic compressor controls with threshold and ratio. You can also chain multiple stages of compression to the same band/series of bands. Admittedly it has some bugs (like with the stereo link), but the worst of them should be fixed. Also if you're familiar with upward compression, watch out for noise bursts in that mode! (not a bug, it is because upward compression boosts the quieter parts of a track)

again use at your own risk, but hopefully this will fill a freeware gap/niche for some people

edit: also be careful with knee sizes close to but not equal to 0

I'm looking for a few more free plugins that give a vintage vibe. Something along the lines of this free one that I really like "UD Chorus a chorus unit with reverb and tremolo sections. http://www.utopian-dreams.com/store/ I really like the tremolo part on this one for keyboards. Any other suggestions?
