I'm in a similar position but on a different platform. I inferred from some posts that the bugfix had been done - maybe I got that wrong. Anyway I e-mailed AA yesterday.

Hi
Is there any news yet - I am STILL without any product - as you know my existing arts reverb was deleted on install of new one that does not work.
If you CANNOT get the new one to work, can you send me an old version
I have written to you directly numerous times on this subject, but you have never seen fit to even acknowledge my emails - this is not very good customer service.
PLEASE let us know what is happening
Thanks
Nigel
Many Thanks
Nigel

No news yet, we're still on it. We fixed some issues that we thought that they could solve the problem, sadly those were'nt it. The problem still exists. The hard thing is, that we cannot track it down, we are still fishing in the dark. As it seems it is not the compiling process as we thought before, this makes it extremely hard to track down this nasty bug. If we could safely recreate this bug on our 6 machines, which are all different hardware, processors and software, then it would be way easier, but the plugin runs on all our machinse without any hickups. It's just for a very few users that it simply crashes in a very bad way (1 or 2 users of 1000).
So, we are still on it with highest priority. I know, not exactly what you would like to hear, but that's how it stands atm.
Anyhow, as soon as we fixed the problem we will state so here on the forum, per email and on our site.

Do you need more system information from machines on which it doesn't open?
win 7 64bit. 16gb low latency ram. nvidia 570 gtx. core i7 3770K.
Host Live 8 32bit.
doubleclicking the AAR plugin normally opens it on whatever channel is selected in the host (and all other vst plugins do that), however with the new AAR version doubleclicking does nothing, i have to actually drag it onto the track, then it crashes. It's like Live doesn't recognize AAR is a plugin to begin with.
Hope that helps.

Hi Nick
Happy to report 1.6.15 running very nicely here in Sequoia x86 & x64. Previously I was one of the ones that couldn't get it to scan on 2 quite different i7's. Back in business!
cheers

Works fine now!
Loving the new reverb types. However, they seem to be suffering from the same bug as the previous added types. With short reverb Time they all pan to the Left a bit.
Try a small reverb Time in the Small room. Make the room not so big. Turn Dry 0% and Wet 100% for testing purposes. Run a snaredrum through it, or similar.
Notice the Wet reverb is nicely centered.
Now change the reverb type to one of the new types. They all sound a bit centered to the Left side.
