Hey all! I have one question. Which plugins should I use to create voice effects similar to this:

I only have vocodex for FL studio, is that enough for good voice effects or I should invest into something better?

Chop the phrases,
then time stretch/pitch shift indivual phrases.
Pitch correction plugins could also make phrases more in one pitch and kinda robotic.
