Sounds like a FM synthesis electric piano - could be Yamaha something.
Any cheapo keyboard is my guess.
Personally I think Roland sounds better for this type of sound.
Many shops have audio samples and demos of what they sell.

Sounds like an electric piano (Fender Rhodes type) ... not a particularly good one. As already mentioned, there are dozens of sample packs and cheap keyboards that can reproduce this.
