An oldschool jungle sound

Hey guys, In the video 2:36, that sound let me think of goldie's massive album "Timeless".

I'm wondering what sample library it comes from?
or what kind of synth? I guess it's a factory preset sound or something.
I'm using Jungle Jungle - 1989 to 1999 Samplepack and Zenhiser Oldskool Rave Collection,
but there's nothing like that.

Synth string with pitchbend... you must play it (program it), you won't find it in sample packs
