Lars informed me on the Cubase forum of that deal. Two questions:
1) Does this library work with HALion 3.1. as well?
2) How big is the download?

Yes Weltmeister works witn HALion 3.1 and the download is aprox. 105MB packed all registers.

I've already downloaded it.

Really sounds nice. But I'm not sure what to do with the 'noise' files.
How do I get to work them in HALion?

The noise program works like the other ones. But there is not that many sounds mapped. Many keys are dead. We are going to put out an updated combi program of Weltmeister soon for HALion2 -> & Kontakt with keyswitches so you can reach all register within one program and the key noises will indicate when you switch between these.
