I dont seem to get a resolution for recording - only 'adaptive and lossless' in the preferences section...I am exporting I tried loads of different lossless settings and aspects and cannot seem to get it better than this-and to me its still not that great...(audio is ok)

On 'Dimensions Scale By' what have you got it set to? Defaults at 50% but 100% gives better results. no?
