That's exactly what I do and I also use either Harmony or the free Musescore.

I much prefer to use the midi notation I pick rather than a package someone else has forced on me.

You might not be happy with what you get....

Creates a MIDI file of the take on your hard drive and references it in the project, as if it were an audio file. But it's MIDI.

Thank you. so you can leave Reaper open and edit it in another app? and the edits are reflected in Reaper? or?

I assume it goes in your project folder. Dunno, I'm not using that command really.

anyone up for coding Notation for Reaper?
