My understanding is no rewire support in Bitwig

DAW master tune is not the correct way to do it, you better use any of these VSTi that support different tuning - http://www.huygens-fokker.org/scala/
...and load Pythagorean tuning inside of the virtual instrument.

Ah bitwig, it's the source of entertainment even w/o having the beta (which I'm not bitter about at all
