I don't know what I did, but now Ableton Live's stock plugins are not showing up in Live. Can anybody help me please?

Have you downloaded 9.1? Try downloading it again and reinstall.

No, I haven't yet, but I will soon!

And this may sound stupid, but I started up my computer today, and all the files were there. I just needed to restart the computer...

I've noticed of late, there is a larger degree of people complaining about things like this and then weird things happening. I have all KINDS of problems with packs

Anyways, unless I've misread you seem to have it sorted. It's not uncommon to need a restart thought hardly any companies recommend it anymore.
