Hello

Just wondering if anyone has used noatikl with live slice?

I would think that would be a crazy way of creating crazy sounds.

Actually I am going to try it out and see what happens.

thanks

Crazaaay!

How exactly were you going to use it with LS? MIDI OUT cc controlling parameters in notikl? Let us know how it turns out for you.

Hello

Have been looking at the midi control setup in live slice.

has some interesting stuff in there which hopefully noatikl can control.

As you probably know with noatikl you can assign a midi channel to a voice and also the range of scales/notes in that voice.

I think it might play crazy sliced moon music, but am willing to try it out :)

have some great hardcore/gabber/hardstyle sample wav files to try out.

add some glitch effects and some other vst effects and it will hopefully be insane :)

will hopefully report back after the weekend on how it goes and will probably be asking for more advice :)

Ok I see what you mean now. I was thinking of it the other way around as LS has cc out per slice ;).

actually that could probably work as well :)

as noatikl has a listen voice as well.

I wonder if you could create a slicing feedback monster ?

now I wish I was at home and not work.

Ummm I could not get this work correctly :(

I think I need to find a less complicated system

 What did you do? Please explain maybe I can help.

You wanted notikl to trigger slices? Did you by chance remember to convert the messages to note ons??

Hello

I was getting confused over the whole interface :(

And getting anything useful in the arrangement view/section.

have printed out some useful hints and tips, so should hopefully be able to get it working over the weekend.

hopefully it will all make sense :)

thanks

:D notikl is insanly difficult to understand but once you get the hang of it you can do some pretty cool stuff. If its driving you insane make sure you check out the intermorphic forums.

They are a extremely helpful bunch!

This might help:

The combination of Liveslice and Noatikl is working well here (and they are similar colours).
