Touchpad2MIDI works but is a bit buggy

I played around a bit with this program (it's really amazing by the way!) the other day in FL Studio and there was nothing wrong at first, however, now sometimes the parameters I've linked to the touchpad change randomly or not at all. There are also times my touchpad won't work correctly when I exit MIDI mode.
I'm almost certain I followed the instructions to set up this program correctly.

I'm using MIDI Yoke on a Toshiba notebook with Vista x64 installed on it, I believe there is no Vista version of MIDI Yoke available as of yet, maybe this could be causing the problem?

Edit: I tried it a bit in Reason and it seems to work perfectly, maybe I've got some settings wrong in FLStudio
