Tablet2Midi with cubase 5

I can'not set this vst with cubase 5. Maybe i'm doing something wrang?
1)I add the tablet2pc in "Vst instruments" without midi track
2)I add vst instrument(for example z3ta+)
3)In midi channel of z3ta+ i set the midi input "1 - Table2midi"
4)I open Table2midi and add, for example x-y pad
5)In settings of this pad i set channel 1, for x - CC-1(modulation), for y - pitch. In Midi output i set vst midi out.
6)I click caps lock buttom and move mouse around pad. But nothings happens(((
What i'm doinf wrong?
