I'm trying to de-register some products to sell (as i bought komplete) and they refuse to email me back. really annoying
If you want a quick response, it's always best to call:

The absolute best customer service IMO? Jon Ayres, both as COFX and now with Rob Papen. Runners up include Peter (LinPlug) and Urs.

I'll echo what some others have said: Tone2, Camel Audio and NI were very helpful to me, and were quick and courteous. IK Multimedia was quick and courteous too, and "The Professor" Rhythmic Robot Audio offers great service and a great sense of humor!

"Planet earth......planet.......planet..........planet" (echoing, a fav song)

Can't remember if I've already posted in this thread, but if I have it doesn't matter as it bears saying more than once that Ralph at Rayzoon is fantastic at helping out his customers.

Which song is that? I can only think of one off the top of my head....

And I'd offer to help you with your sickness, but "the government" has decided it's "not safe" to allow me to "practice" medicine anymore. :x (Well, the US government, anyway. If you want to meet me in Tijuana, I can probably fix you right up.)

Duran Duran, where it echos. Awesome old days memories.

Doing some occasional tiding and updating overview of serials could be the best "customer support" we ever grant ourselves ;)

Yes! That's exactly the one I had in mind, exactly where the name came from, and it's been stuck in my head for an hour now.

You're our winner today, hibidy! Janice, show him what he's won...!

DDMF who e-mailed me a fixed version within hours when some functionality was broken in an update of Metaplugin a while ago.
And though this was back in early 2012 Martin Fay of Vaz Synths for making two modules for Vaz Modular I asked for, just fairly simple mixer modules and it took some debating back and forth before we agreed on roughly how they should be and if the unity mixer I wanted should really be as barebones as I wanted it but still.. The other module was a 4 in bipolar modulatable mixer called "PolarMix" in case anyone wondered...
Meldaproduction for exceptional service and being nice to "chat" with in corresponendences, QuikQuak for patiently answering even the silliest of questions I had a couple of years ago when plugin synthesizers where still kind of new to me, and though not in business yet Sonigen for e-mailing me one more or less personal update after one other til the issues I had could be solved.
Honorable mentions to Camel Audio and Jon of ConcreteFX (who has joined Rob Papen now).

Yup, I agree it's the small companies that provide the most exceptional service.

just adding kudos for Pendle at Sound Dust. I sent him an email asking for a Kontakt instrument for an EXS24 instrument I bought a few years ago, and he responded with a nice email and a download link in about 7 minutes. seriously, 7 minutes.

Kudos to FXpansion for excellent customer service today. I meant to buy Himalaya: Antiquity last night, but somehow managed to buy Modernity, which I already owned. I dropped them an email, and they swapped it out.

Thanks, FXpansion, for fixing my dumb mistake!
