I am going to Lithuania every year as usual and its boring with internet so I am going to save everything to my hard drive and etc so send me best music resources to learn from so I could spend time learning on holiday!

I also use FL Studio 11, I have massive and Nexus plugins and want to learn how to make dubstep. I have some youtube tutorials but I want more resources and not just videos ^^ Thanks.

What do you feel you need more practice on? Composing, Sound Design, Mixing etc?

Check out dancemusicproduction.com, they have downloadable tutorials.

Check out Michael Hewitt and Jonathan Peters books for music theory.

Since you haven't specified what are you interested in, here are 3 random links, but all 3 are great resources:

Same here. I am a Cubase user though. I'd be glad if somebody could help us with this topic, there's too many resources out there, but It's hard to determine whenever they'll be worth it or not. btw. For me It doesn't has to be free, I'd pay for it.

I am a singer/songwriter, play instruments and know basics in theory now I want to get into midi composition, recording, mixing etc. In other words I want to be able to put my ideas into a final professional sounding file.

I've been looking into resources since a while and this got my interest

Also FullSail has Music Production Online Course. It's not cheap and the opinions about FullSail and this program are... well mixed...

You could get a copy of "Music Theory for Computer Musicians" by Michael Hewitt, as Monib mentioned. It's inexpensive and a good read. There's also a "Dummies" book on music theory, which covers a lot of ground. This won't teach you how to do dubstep (for that, I would stock up on dubstp songs and analyze and study them, breaking them down into their parts, finding common aspects, etc), but it helps with the fundamentals.

This isn't so much a 'tutorial' but the in the studios on the Future music YouTube channel seriously allow you to pick up useful tips here and there, and see how the pro's work?
Check it out:D.
music radars website also helps a lot as it has a tutorial section.

I know you said you weren't looking for videos, but if you're an FL Studio user and looking to do dubstep, SeamlessR is pretty much unavoidable. And fantastic.

+1 for coursera.org

currently doing their Introduction to Music Production course for free. the single course is free but should you want a certificate from it then there is a small fee. they also do a specialization which is 4 courses with a similar theme at circa $200

the only thing that put me off paying is that the end of lesson assignments are peer marked and there is all sorts of crazy dicussion on their boards about this. People plagiarizing from the net and people marking others down because their first language is not English and they are having a hard time getting their point across.

but if you want some good basic knowledge, the free option (video tutorials + quizzes) is great.
