NI plug ins won't install on Receptor Pro Max

Hi, guys,
I'm a newbie here.
I thank you for your hospitality.
I have a question:
I have Receptor 2 Pro Max plus since 2012. NI Komplete 8. Tried to install Sessions Horn Pro and Kinetik Metal from NI.
It didn't work. It starts the installation and then it says "Needs at least Windows 7" and crashes...
I'm so desperate. I wasted so much time...Like a week ago I finally got to install long ago downloaded versions of Evolve and Balinese Gamelan ( disappointing, actually, but they went on, flawlessly).
Does anybody can share any experience with the latest downloads from NI on Receptor ?
