Their website claims I have to send them some documents. What does this mean? They don't answer to my inquiries so I'm kinda clueless. I hate when these big companies have horrible support. (not all of them) Many of the smaller firms handle this side so much better.
If I transfer my iLok license to the buyer and give him the installation discs. Is that enough?

write on a piece of paper
your MOTU user registration information: name, address, email address, MOTU account
write that you are transferring ownership to:
new MOTU user and provide that information: names, address, email address, MOTU account.
sign the paper and date it. Take a photograph with your cell phone.
email to MOTU as proof of documentation for the transfer.
I have had no issues emailing MOTU and receiving support. they are very good about responding.
