Any random amp that can deliver 50W per channel would work. Biggest hurdle is the "universal power supply" requirement. Back in the days all of them had a 110 / 220 V switch at the back.
Maybe the Samson Servo 120a suits you. I read good things about it, and doesn't break the bank. It features balanced & unbalanced inputs. And on a picture I found on the site of a local dealer it showed next to the power input connector "110 - 230 V" without any switch.

Auratones & portable?? Where do you take them, outside of your own studio, and how often?
I would not recommend to take studio monitoring speakers on the road with you. Far too delicate, easy scratched, no protecting grill, not sturdy built...
If a 7kg amp seems hefty, put it in a 4-unit SKB flight case. Then with the added bulky air around it, it seems to weigh a lot less.

Nope, especially not from Lepai. It is extremely cheap because they cut corners and produce a design with a lot of compromises.
I would never take these studio speakers on the road. PA speakers are for portability, can be mounted on a stand, some with integrated amp.
